If you are not interested in my proposal that I was so politely proposing, don't hang up on me, it doesn't do it justice. My initiative, a free "hearing test" in the pharmacy, tends, as per sector research, to give further value to your work and to the care that you pharmacists dedicate to your users. Thank you

I believe that taking advantage of people's state of health is truly hypocritical (other than Hippocrates)... discharged from hospital at 1.40 am (newborn), I go to the pharmacy to purchase the drugs prescribed upon discharge. When I got to the counter I read on a little piece of paper stuck to the glass "night service €7.50". Alas, I buy the drug and pay the drug and the "tax". Obviously there is no shortage of my joke towards the pharmacist, on the amount paid and I add... "why doesn't the pharmacy in the statue charge the night tax, in cases of night discharge from hospital, and you do?" Vague answer... "everyone does as they believe..." in my humble opinion, it's one thing to go and buy a very banal oki at 1.40 am, another to buy a medicine for newborns. Horrified by this speculation, you can't even feel bad. HOW DISGUSTING!!! PS. Furthermore, I paid €0.05 for the micro sachet + a rounding of €0.01 to make the bill equal... (WHO KNOW?!?!? cit.) At the statue's pharmacy they even offer discounts...

I have been a customer for many years and it is my reference pharmacy in Palermo. The staff is trained and kind, the pharmacy is also well stocked in the cosmetics sector, and the shift is regulated perfectly through the distribution of numbered tickets at the entrance. Generally the queue moves quickly and, an important detail, apart from lunch time, the pharmacy is always open, even at night through the specific counter equipped with a bell. I am particularly grateful to one of the doctors who, in the midst of Covid, helped me find a, at that time unobtainable, oxygen cylinder for my ninety-year-old aunt, calling several other pharmacies until she succeeded.

It's probably a single element, but this afternoon (Sunday 19 March at 7.00 pm) I had to deal with a pharmacist of dubious professionalism and ethics. I entered the pharmacy with my dying dog in my arms and also very tired, there was only one customer served by another pharmacist and the guy mentioned above was chatting amiably on the phone in a loud voice, letting me know about his evening plans and where they would have had an aperitif and some fuchsia Key Way that he advised his interlocutor to wear, not caring about my presence, despite my noisy demonstrations. When, after about a quarter of an hour, he deigned to serve me, he told me that it was an important call and that he couldn't interrupt it, since it was his birthday. My indignant reaction was directly proportional to his rudeness. Also because I was in a clear state of need, which is why I went to the pharmacy. My same consideration still applies even if I had gone in and purchased a cotton swab. Angela Leone
