Yes, it's true, very kind and professional, apart from the latest episodes.....some time ago I purchased a product that was supposed to be discounted by eight euros, I didn't immediately notice the mistake and let the matter pass, then the same doctor I go to buy a throat spray, they give it to me for my nose, after a couple of days (there was a shift closure) I go to replace it, don't they change it for me?'!?!? I wasn't wrong!
