I received amazing care here. My hotel room was quirky and I eventually cut my head on a brick arch. I knew it might need real care, but didn’t want to look for an ER on vacation. I went in looking for antibiotic cream. Instead, she properly cleaned my cut and put the special bandages on for deep cuts. Showed real concern for me and had me come back for a follow up. My forehead looks great now because it healed properly. So thankful!

Within a few days of being in Rome, I was feeling a little under the weather so I decided to stop by this pharmacy to get some medication. There I met the most amazing doctor: Doctor Laura and she was an absolute angel. I explained my symptoms to her and she didn’t hesitate to check out my sore throat and give me exactly what I needed. She treated me like I had been coming to her for years and it was so refreshing to meet with a doctor that truly cares about your well-being, takes the time to listen to you and checks on you (unlike many pharmacists and doctors that I encounter here in the U.S.) She didn’t bombard me with harmful medications but instead gave me solutions that contained natural - much needed - ingredients with no side effects at all. Everything she prescribed me (for my nose, throat, and lungs) worked perfectly and I felt much better even just after 2 days of taking them. She wanted me to come see her again before I left Rome to make sure I was feeling better, which was another thing that I loved because that showed she really cared about me. Overall I had an incredible experience at this pharmacy, especially with Doctor Laura. She is amazing and I cannot stress that enough. You can tell that she truly cares about her job and genuinely wants to help people. She’s knowledgeable and sweet and I wish her all the best!!

Dr. Laura is phenomenal!!!! I’m a nurse myself & really appreciate doctors who are kind & compassionate. I went to the Pharmacy twice for a sore throat & congestion. She recommended me natural products & was very proactive in treating my symptoms. If I’m ever back in Rome- I will come by and say hello! If anyone is in Rome & needs medical advice, this is the best place to go!

Outstanding service and help! We were lucky Laura speaks English and went above and beyond with Great recommendations for helping with covid - Two days later and husband feels so much better already. Laura saved my life today. While in Rome I had the worst Asthma Attack. When I got to the counter I was wheezing and could barely breathe. She gave great medical advice and helped me purchase all the medicine I needed. She would not let me leave until I was feeling better.
