Not a good pharmacy, incompetent staff in places. My little daughter had colic and we got some drops from the pharmacy. Everything is good so far, the pots help, but the pharmacist misinformed us about taking these drops, so my 3 week old child felt worse than before. So great advice, thanks to our pediatrician, we used these drops correctly. SO GREAT ADVICE FROM THE STAFF. Then our doctor recommended a juice for constipation, so we went to the Rosslauf pharmacy. We got the juice there and a day later we realized that it was the juice for adults and not for children. So I'm not petty or anything. Mistakes are absolutely human and that's okay, but if babies make two mistakes like this within a very short period of time, the fun stops. Greetings Pafrik
Had a nostril test yesterday that wasn't forwarded to the medical company..... Were still up to date.... I had to take the whole morning off to find someone who could confirm it from the medical company. Not updated 👎
Very well organized pharmacy, friendly and helpful service, large selection of medical professionals and other items. Own parking space available in the Rosslauf district of the bishop's town of Brixen.
