I've been coming to Austria for two years and I've never found a ruder person. My mother was ill and called at 8.30pm for a medicine and the pharmacist lady was already rude and annoyed, my father and I showed up in front of the pharmacy and we exchanged words because we were not in front of the closed pharmacy door. he treated me very badly using unpleasant words and closed the window in my face. in addition to the medicines I paid 7.50 for service and rudeness.

Pharmacy in the town center offering excellent local medical products, professionalism and competence at fair prices. Frequented without interruption by locals and tourists, it welcomes bilingual and well-trained pharmacists. I allow myself less stars for a couple of repeated situations that left me perplexed... it is not possible for the staff to pretend nothing happened (and even smile) when some customers do not respect the queue with vague reasons expressed in German ...come on! It's not pleasant, what do you think?
