I've been vacationing at Lake Kaltern for several years. I have visited the pharmacy on Goldgasse several times to buy the necessary medication. The female specialists were always very hard-working and very friendly, but I always found the master pharmacist Siebenförcher to be brimming with arrogance. Maybe it's the sometimes-encountered dislike of German holidaymakers. When you ask for a medication, you think of one of the essential tasks of a pharmacist, namely giving advice. But it seemed to me as if it was unreasonable for the “academic drawer” in the pharmacy on Goldgasse to advise buyers/patients on an equal level. Mr. Siebenförcher's condescending manner only annoyed me. I would like Italian pharmacists to have the same level of online competition as is the case in Germany. Maybe then some drug salespeople will come down from their high pedestal.

Got everything I needed. Parking is difficult at the pharmacy if you can even get to Ran due to travel restrictions. There is a parking lot directly below, which is free for the first 30 minutes.

I went to this pharmacy on October 8th, 2022 because of breathing problems the day before. Great advice, a very nice pharmacy employee!!! She looked after me, even interviewed a doctor who was there to speak to (I miss it in Germany). The preparation "Ventolin" helped me a lot. Thank you very much and very much.
