Let me start by saying that I was in town for work reasons! Quite serious injury on the left thigh (18 stitches) we arrived with my colleague at around 11am the pharmacy was full of customers. As soon as my colleague alerted me, the nurse rushed out to check on my health condition. I don't think a minute had passed before the doctor from the pharmacy arrived, helping me like a true PROFESSIONAL! He made sure of my conditions with care and dedication, while his colleague (GREAT CLASS girl) assisted him like a true professional too! When I asked for the cost of the service I was dismissed with a "BEST WISHES AND YOU WILL GET BACK SOON" now I realize the truly HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL people! I want to say THANK YOU to the Doctor and his team! But thank you very much!
Extremely friendly, helpful and highly qualified staff. It was of great help to me because on the first day of holidays following a stroke, the attendant provided me with the perfect medicine and performed a functional bandage which allowed me to continue my holiday! Professional and qualified beyond expectations!
Today, 28 June 2021, the Green Cross of the Pharmacy was lit up, when this is the case the Pharmacies are open. The website said it was open until 6.30pm, but a sign announced that it was closed for holidays from 27 June to 8 July. It doesn't seem professional at all to me.
Asked for advice for my 6 year old daughter's red eyes after CLEARLY explaining that the redness was inside the eye on the sclera. Sold ointment, then discovered at home that it was for the eyelids or in any case on the outside of the eye. Attempt to return explaining that the proposal was incorrect... nothing.... the customer always explains badly. They do not accept returns (packaging intact) Pharmacies: last bastion of position income. But your turn will also come with the "disruption" that is coming and you will cry too...
For the second time on our annual motorcycle holiday in South Tyrol, we received the best care at the Latemar Pharmacy! Once again, many thanks to Mr. Dr. Casciaro!
