I am truly indignant, on August 1st I purchased an essential oil, never opened and intact. Today 5 August (before I couldn't because we are on holiday in another city) I reported the purchase with the receipt asking for an exchange due to an error in choice and they told me no and offended me by telling me that I may have kept the product in machine at 40 degrees or in poor condition. A real shame, I would never allow myself to return an item that is not immaculate. I have always bought in this pharmacy but I will never go back. The more respectful response should have simply been, "I'm sorry, our pharmacy doesn't accept returns." And display a clear sign at the checkouts. Communicating to your customer that he may have behaved incorrectly is equivalent to offering it

I went during a holiday with friends for a "drug" necessary for one of my needs. We're talking about Vitamin D, gentlemen! The doctor, despite our insistence, categorically refused to dispense the drug, which is not a drug! In my region of Piedmont this does not happen. It's absurd how all of this can happen in Alto Adige and the response drugs tell you "go to the hospital and get it prescribed". It may seem like a solution to clogging up the emergency room for "food supplements". It will be one of the most virtuous regions in Italy, but also one of the most retrograde. After about half an hour of insistence he gave me a small bottle of vitamin D, telling me "if you drink it all, you'll be happy". Absolutely very rude.

I visited and purchased medicine for diarrhea while traveling. Fortunately, the diarrhea stopped.

Partly contrary to what I read, I found the staff at this pharmacy extremely helpful and kind. I needed an aesthetic product and I was directed to a small room adjacent to the entrance on Via Centrale, finding a really kind and empathetic employee who followed me from start to finish, listened to me, made me try a product until the end. purchase and exit. Truly a remarkable experience, which you don't often find in other pharmacies (or perfumeries) in a similar way.
