Rude, incompetent, arrogant and liars, I went to them on July 28th for a drug which they made me pay 32 euros telling me that if I returned with the prescription they would reimburse me, today I went to order more boxes and they completely turned the tables , they told me that without a prescription (which unfortunately I will only have this afternoon), but only with the hospital paper I could only have them for a fee and that I was not entitled to a refund because the procedure was changed a few days ago, when I got angry , because rightly if they had told me that it was not refundable I would have waited for the doctor's prescription they completely changed their attitude and embarrassed me in front of all the waiting customers by saying that I had not gone to them but certainly to another pharmacy treating me like a liar, in the end the lady threw my money on the counter saying "let's not make a mess for 32 euros" treating me like a beggar. I earn 30 euros in 10 minutes, it's not a question of money, but of principle because if I tell you that I came to you first you told me one thing and then now completely another you must not allow yourself to let me pass in any way as a liar and humiliate me. Once I got home I found the receipt and I have the post office payment receipt for a total of 50 euros, the receipt is for 18 euros, the missing 32 euros are those of the drug in question. In the next few days I will go to get the medicines that I am missing, because unfortunately the pharmacy where I usually use is closed for holidays, and I will show them the proof that I purchased from them and not elsewhere as they have falsely claimed and I absolutely demand an apology for how I am been treated.
