I have known this pharmacy for about a year, what does it mean that I have never found such friendly and caring pharmacists, especially the director?
I will never set foot in this pharmacy again even if I were on the verge of death. Staff who don't even know they exist in the world, slow, disorganized, not to mention the elderly doctor (the owner) who thinks she runs a pharmacy in the deep south, where you can respond adequately to the customer. Furthermore, drug prices are higher. I prefer to be followed by my historian, the Guadalupi managed by excellent staff.
I go to the pharmacy without a prescription because I can't contact my GP, and I ask if it was possible to get a medicine. Obviously if the doctor had told me no directly she would have had all the reasons in the world. (I didn't demand anything, and I know she had her reasons) But he prefers to ask me many questions regarding my health in front of other customers, at first you answer, but after many questions I say sorry but they are also sensitive data and I look embarrassed at my sister. Annoyed, she replies that then I should have gone there with the recipe. Logical! I need the recipe, I would feel wrong if she had told me no straight away. I also feel like I was very polite and didn't demand anything. I greet her cordially and she replies paraculating my Sicilian accent. I do not recommend or do not recommend this pharmacy, perhaps the doctor was just very tired. Make up your own mind. Later I will make the request and go to other pharmacies that say no serenely as politeness dictates without considering themselves obliged to be less polite towards customers. My review was not born out of a no that had every reason to exist but out of rudeness.
