Good morning to all the reviewers of this business which, given the way it behaves, seems to be a scam. I also placed an order on 05/14/2024, I did not receive the goods and I cannot contact them in any way. I was wondering if any of you have thought about reporting the incident to the Carabinieri or the postal police or if you are interested in doing so. If there are more of us, we can avoid that someone else who has a bad luck could be scammed. Thank you.

I can't contact you, I paid 80 euros for products that NEVER arrived. You are a scam. Don't buy from this pharmacy and definitely not online. Phone off the hook and no sign of life or interest in the customer. From complaint.

I ordered on Monday 22nd, paid immediately, but the package is still "under management" today. The shipment should have been within 48/72 hours, but nothing. They took the money immediately. Nobody answers the phone, emails or their contact form. There is also no way to request a return or cancel the order.
