When the owner of a pharmacy clearly demonstrates incompetence and unreliability, she deserves to change jobs! Having said this, I will take further action with the relevant authorities because this attitude has proven to be deplorable!!

The one I imagine is the owner, the lady with the blond/red bob shows generally limited availability. Even from the point of view of friendliness it shows a certain lack which will probably be less evident with regular customers, decidedly less so with those who pass by occasionally. .
