Fixed duty pharmacy (?) for reasons unknown to me, but extremely precise in affixing stamps as the first response to any request, which is followed by careful analysis of the prescription, which if incomplete by one iota is promptly rejected and naturally the cost of right of call is always demanded, even if it exceeds the cost of the dispensed item itself. Often the medicine for my TDL is missing and therefore requires ordering, with the necessary delivery times, so it seems to me that the usefulness of offering shift opening outside of ordinary hours, with access and potentially even night-time requests from customers, who are therefore in an emergency situation and may come from very distant locations, and then have to wait days to get the necessary medicine. Furthermore, since the Pharmacy is inside the alley that represents the main street of the historic center of Arona, access is pedestrian only (permanent restricted traffic zone) and parking nearby is really scarce and limited to the possibility of parking on Piazza del Popolo or under the ramp (it is not immediately close, since you also have to walk along part of the street, as the Pharmacy is located TOWARDS the end), spaces always almost entirely occupied by residents or tourists and holidaymakers, especially on Sundays and in evening hours. It's like finding a four-leaf clover in a field.

Nothing to say about the kindness... the problem is the price gouging. Initially I thought it was a coincidence, but today I had confirmation, the same drug from them always costs a few euros more...

The historic pharmacy on the Corso is managed by trained and kind staff, who do not always try to give you the most expensive medicine as happens in many pharmacies.
