Yesterday, June 16, I called the pharmacy on duty (Sunday) in Monserrato, to ask for the availability of a very important drug (insulin). I was told it wasn't available, without even checking. On Monday morning when the pharmacy opened, I went to ask if the medicine was available, and they delivered it to me. I asked if the medicine had been delivered before opening, but they told me they had already had it available since the weekend. Was denied a vital medication because he didn't feel like going for a check-up. There's no point in being available if this is the service, One star because there is no lower rating.

I always find kindness and professionalism, as well as the friendliness of the girls. Very careful when waiting for the customer. Only from you.

After making purchases in the aforementioned pharmacy. I am rudely asked to vacate the pharmacy parking space. I had to make other purchases in an adjacent place. But it seems that in their reasoning. Once the purchase is complete, you must quickly vacate the parking space. Very bad. I will never make any other purchases again

You can't even trust your pharmacist. I requested an ointment for burns and instead of giving me something useful, I was given a very expensive homeopathic ointment (according to the information leaflet, it is miraculous and does everything). Obviously it didn't help anything.

Unprofessional! I go at 10pm for an emergency and find it closed even though it was indicated in the yellow pages and on the leaflet hanging in the other pharmacies as a duty pharmacy open all night.
