Having needed to take a swab, I was informed of the name of Dr. Davide Ciccarello who, in collaboration with the Artuffo pharmacy, immediately took action and made himself available to come and carry out the swab at my home. I would like to underline and praise the great professionalism and availability of Davide who provides a very useful service to the community even during non-working hours and on holidays. I have used the swab service offered by the pharmacy several times both for work reasons and for my family members and I can only be satisfied with the seriousness and professionalism with which the checks were carried out. In particular, thanks go to the nurse Davide Ciccarello who made himself available even at the most disparate times, reaching us directly at home on one occasion or organizing a drive-in swab test on another. Furthermore, the swab test in drive-in mode occurred following all the necessary hygiene standards: the swabs were stored in disposable sterile packages and the nurse disinfected himself and wore the appropriate PPE before carrying out the check. Thank you again for the enormous service you are giving to the community in these months of health emergency.

I used the service offered by the Artuffo Pharmacy in Santo Stefano Belbo only once and I believe it is one of the few pharmacies that offers the possibility of obtaining the rapid swab result very quickly, which is essential to stop the spread of the pandemic . Good morning, I don't usually comment but since I am someone who has had a lot to do with the nurse mentioned, Davide Ciccarello, precisely because of the rapid swabs, I feel like responding to those who have discredited his work. I believe that the nurse is always very helpful (even on holidays and especially at any time), professional and uses a basket with everything needed inside but sealed and sterilized and will naturally have to place it somewhere. He carries out this service to help the pharmacy as an extra to his daily work as a nurse and he will have made her go to where he worked (where, by the way, I also went) and in a spare time he found, to do a favor she needed a swab at that moment and I really don't think that her positivity is due to the poor hygiene she mentions. Honestly, I've had so many swabs done by him, because of work, and they've always come back negative so I'm sorry if you're positive but don't blame a poor nurse who isn't to blame, who does his job and even more, for a pharmacy which is one of the few in our area among other things, which provides such a fast, professional and serious service.
