Disappointed and saddened to say the least. I put the photo of the receipt as proof of my review, I remove the tax code, and this is to make the review truthful not as one of those fake ones, but as a real one so that on the other hand the meaning is conveyed to the person who reads it. I go to the pharmacy on duty, i.e. the one assigned on the pre-established day, I wait at least 20 minutes to continuously ring the intercom, in the meantime I have doubts about my education in insistently ringing the intercom, so much so that in the meantime a pigeon goes through my head, I want to better understand the bird that had all the time to aim at me and, annoyed by the sign of the intercom button on my fingertip, I even call the pharmacy on the phone and after an interminable ring a woman answers me, who looking at her could have also equipped herself wearing a night gown instead of a shirt, who replies "no but she's not ringing the intercom", and I promptly, with my cell phone in hand and a phone call in progress, ring the intercom at the same time and finally I am answered. The advice I can honestly give is that if you don't have the means to get around and you necessarily have to go to this pharmacy during the night shift, bring an umbrella to protect yourself from the pigeons and get out early and even in a hurry. If you can get around instead, go to towns neighbors that you definitely do first.

It's already a lot to give one star... I'm just saying that thanks to the ignorance of a doctor inside the pharmacy I was about to suffer permanent damage to my face!!!! Rudeness and disorganization reign in this pharmacy. NEVER AGAIN!!!
