Don't go there at all, you will just waste your time. Incredible pharmacists. Because it didn't say 70 ml on the prescription, they didn't give me the antibiotic for the little girl because they had to give the 35 ml one but they didn't have it available. The lady also replied to me: otherwise, lady, you can pay for it or go back to the doctor's office to have 70 ml written in pen.

Swab booked at 9.30. I show up at 9.20 and there was a queue for miles. I ask the staff for information so as not to create controversy with the others waiting, and the pharmacist replies that I have to queue like everyone else, even if I have a reservation. So what's the point of booking?? I could very well show up at 8 if nothing was needed. Crazy stuff.

I'll tell you about my burdensome and above all infinite experience in this "pharmacy", I'll be brief, this morning I thought it best to call this place asking only for information purposes if they had a drug like this available to benefit me and not waste working time, on the phone they answer me in the negative question, so I contact the doctor in question and find a solution, I leave to go to the aforementioned place, I find a really long queue, I wait rightly, but I can't help but notice how slow the pharmacists are, but absurdly slow, he arrives my turn, they tell me that they actually have the drug in question and I reply that on the phone they told me no and that there wasn't even availability on the part of the user, but she insists and I accept with hope, not knowing that their service seems like that of a service station at 3 in the morning, slow and listless, the pharmacist checks on the PC and takes like 5 minutes to tell me that in the end they didn't have it, then another 10 minutes on the PC with a absorbed expression to tell me who couldn't even order it (again as said on the phone), he remains with the sheet of paper in his hand without knowing what to tell me, in total the matter is resolved that I lost an hour between the journey (30 min return) and the wasting time with this inefficiency, given that not only are they slow but they completely lack a cognitive sense of reality I'm sorry but you're not selling carrots
