I'm sorry to go outside the chorus of predominantly positive reviews but my only experience in this pharmacy, as a non-regular customer (passing through on the way to the airport) does not qualify as an example of customer care and attention. The pharmacist present refused to provide me with the therapy indicated on the prescription, giving me only one of the two packs of medicine indicated by the prescription due to a handwritten correction by the prescribing doctor, which was not countersigned, on the quantities. Since it was a non-repeatable prescription, therefore, it was retained by the same pharmacist, causing me the serious inconvenience of having to travel abroad with half the therapy and without enough time to remedy it. Formally impeccable behaviour, but meticulous and devoid of that minimum of professional empathy (perhaps necessary for those who work in the health business) which, to someone slightly less zealous, would have suggested picking up the phone and pragmatically discussing the issue with the prescribing doctor without , who paid the price, was a patient in need of a drug. Which moreover, although loanable, I was purchasing for a fee.

Very kind and professional in the pharmacy department, equally for the beauty treatments which are excellent. Lisa, the person responsible for the aesthetic part, is attentive and competent. Perfect wax and pedicure with appointments coming soon. 10 and praise
