Farmacia Azienda Multiservizi Comunali Spa - Farmacia di Madonna in Campagna

Terrible experience. Booked cardiac holter well in advance for my elderly mother (cost €70). The day I show up at the pharmacy the first thing I am told, not even in a very polite way, is to go and buy batteries at the nearby Chinese shop to make the Holter work. Personally I find this absurd as the pharmacy should check the equipment first and supply it already working (in addition to having to go and buy the batteries they are not even reimbursed). When I complain about this situation I am told that this is the practice, which I highly doubt... it has never happened to me in any other pharmacy!! I find this behavior disrespectful towards the customer and also unprofessional. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again!!

Living in the area, it is the one I frequent the most, excellent products, nice pharmacy, clean, well-stocked, very kind staff, especially Doctor Alessia, Doctor Isabella and Doctor Carmelo but, in general, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful! 😉

Very helpful and competent staff, they advise on medications, I have been using them for years and never had any problems. It's my pharmacy.

This pharmacy is excellent for its professionalism, kindness, availability in following the patient in all his problems, giving the right medicine obviously to feel better.

If you are looking for professionalism and courtesy, choose another pharmacy!!!
