The service has improved compared to last year, there is greater courtesy and speed. The use of messaging, through a dedicated number, for booking medicines is also excellent.
Gentlemen, we are not there, from a municipal pharmacy you don't expect to pay 11 euros more for a veterinary product than the web offer... Everything is fine but here it goes too far... 11 euros more for a Frontline combo... 31 euros against 20.20 euros via web...
Always very kind and helpful, well-stocked pharmacy. Very convenient because it is open all the time and close to the Arcisate local health authority. I can truly say a trusted pharmacy
I ask for a quick swab and it is delivered to me at the price of 9.90 euros.. I kindly ask for explanations regarding its use (having never used it) I am told READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Print the receipt without asking me for the health card for deduction!!!!! I would like to point out that I have my health card handy....mi is answered now I've beaten ... it's only 10 euros!! I strongly advise against this pharmacy!!!
Not the attitude of people who have to be in contact with the public. If the customer has any doubts, they should give directions calmly and without obvious signs of annoyance. Maybe it was a bad day...
