Incompetence, arrogance, arrogance with a hint of dishonestness, now common to many other pharmacies... "three-year degree short graduates, therefore NOT doctors" sales assistants, posing bad copies of terrible waitresses with the mere task of cashing up and it doesn't matter if they have 25 years of service, they don't give a damn about you and your health, for the Covid swab chapter then! we draw a pitiful veil, climbing mirrors on fantasy medicine bar speeches to extract money from you. Legalized profitable companies that shamelessly take advantage of the situation of absolute privilege.

I have an entire family who are positive for Covid, I live in Pietrasanta and they live in Capezzano Monte. I have no contact with them except by telephone, I am the only person who can bring medicines (which I thoughtfully leave on the terrace) and due to various organizational problems of my mother's doctor (Dr. Bellucci) he orders my mother cylinders of d 'oxygen not respecting the couriers' home service but they send me to the pharmacy. I don't know the reason why Bellucci preferred to move in this way but for my family I do what is asked of me. Everyone is stuck at home, the situation is difficult. The manager of this shop really treated me rudely in front of everyone, there wasn't a minimum of respect towards me. He pointed out to me that I had accidentally brought a cylinder back to the Pietrasanta pharmacy (former hospital) and that I should immediately go and get it and bring it back to them in a threatening tone. I go to the other pharmacy and a very kind girl understands how mortified I am, helps me, loads the cylinder for me and I take it back to them. I put it in the warehouse for loading/unloading urgent and heavy medicines because the last time I took the cylinders the girls rightly let me load them from this specific passage. Then I stood in line again and would have really liked to collect the cylinders in another pharmacy, but as soon as I entered the lady in question (heavy and brunette) impatiently attacked me from behind the counter, insulting me because that cylinder could be infected and I told her that I had disinfected it to stay calm, but nothing continues to attack me and forces me to load the 2 new cylinders in front of everyone (entrance next to the supermarket), forces me to open the trunk in an intimidating tone and gets help from a poor customer who was there in line, when for these heavy cylinders they have the appropriate tags with wheels and a special passage from the warehouse/machine on the right side of Viareggio. I knew that the cylinders had to be tied in the trunk as they didn't have a rope, so I placed them by hand in the space of the rear passengers' feet, to keep them still. Final in front of everyone in the convent square with a nice shout: GOOD EVENING! It put me in conditions of shame, of extreme discomfort. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THAT MONTEGAS BRINGS THE 3 CYLINDERS TO YOU CORRECTLY. It was my first thought leaving there and I will go in person to make sure they are returned correctly this time. And I'm not telling you that I won't come back, I will come back, because you don't go to the pharmacy by choice but by necessity. And I really hope that the manager has vented her stress and tiredness otherwise I will invite her to give space at work to those whose minds are willing to understand that people in difficult situations like this don't make mistakes on purpose... But they don't I know if he will have time to let me finish even just one small sentence since as soon as I opened my mouth to explain he assailed me with provocations and intimidating language. INSTEAD THANKS TO THE GIRLS AT THE PHARMACY OF THE FORMER PIETRASANTA HOSPITAL WHO REPLACED ME, TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND KINDLY HELPED TO RESOLVE THE MISUNDERSTANDING THAT HAD BEEN EXISTING. If I could put zero I would do it immediately, rude staff, the sales assistant made fun of us with the customer next to us, simply ridiculous... it was the two youngest sales assistants who messed it all up. Go anywhere except here if you are looking for seriousness and professionalism, how disgusting you are to me.

A rudeness never seen before, preventing a customer from purchasing a product is unacceptable. One star is definitely too much. Not to mention the unprofessional "pharmacists" who respond in a sour and unfriendly manner, which is unbecoming of their profession. I strongly advise against it.
