Bad experience with one of the people who work inside: I ask for an ointment containing cortisone RECOMMENDED BY THE DOCTOR and she refuses, saying that cortisone should NEVER be applied to the face; but if I have a rash due to contact allergy and I buy an antihistamine at the same time, AND ABOVE ALL, I tell you that I want to buy a cortisone-based ointment because the doctor said so, for what damn reason do you give me a 30 ml tube of a useless/greasy/smelly cream making me pay €13?! After 3 days of suffering I have to go back to the doctor: the situation has worsened due to the incompetence of someone who simply had to choose another profession!

I came to complain about the rudeness of the pharmacists who work in this port, but I see that I am in good company. I would just like to report that following the purchase of covid swabs, the pharmacist who had served me told me as I was leaving: "good luck!" grinning with my colleague...

They have increased their opening hours, the pharmacists are all very kind and super knowledgeable. The pharmacy is large and very assorted, they always have what you are looking for
