Very well equipped pharmacy, staff with maximum skills and preparation. Kindness, courtesy and maximum availability, if I ever need medicines again, finding myself in the Agrate area again, it will be the place where I will go without hesitation. Last week I needed a medicine that was unavailable throughout Italy, the doctor who followed me (I think her name is Valentina) worked very hard not only to provide me with the medicine but to do so she also contacted the local medical guard for the necessary information be able to help me. Thank you so much for all the assistance and thoughtfulness I have received. Being over a thousand kilometers from home without life-saving drugs is not something you can feel comfortable with. I am grateful not only to the doctor but also to all the pharmacy staff. Thank you. Maurizio Mallamaci

Recent pharmacy, fairly stocked. Well conceived. Staff, on the other hand, are cold, extremely fiscal... almost "rude" which makes it just a shop, a shop, in short. For this reason I go there very rarely, only if I have no other choice. It's a shame because it could have a lot of potential.

The organization for carrying out rapid Covid 19 swabs is scandalous and I'll explain why: you call the pharmacy and no one answers, the recorded guiding voice tells you to download an app on your phone. Apart from the fact that not everyone is able to download and use the app, a senior person is not able and must have a younger relative or acquaintance make the reservation, but then the reservations can be made two weeks apart. weeks, when a patient has already recovered. The guide voice recorded on the phone says wrong times, for those who book or for those who don't book, the sign displayed at the back of the pharmacy has different times that don't correspond, but then in reality everyone queues to pay at the back of the pharmacy the days, the booked are mixed with the unbooked. People arguing, because they say that those without reservations have to skip the queue for payment, but it's not written anywhere, I remember that a lady said: "I have the right to pass in front because I have reservations, ask inside the pharmacy", I'd like to know how he managed to get into the pharmacy, given that it's forbidden for anyone who has to take a swab test, complete with a sign in large letters, but then, as I was saying, no one answers the phone. It is not clear where you have to pay and where you do the swab test, which is done at the end of the car park behind the pharmacy in the civil protection tent. Those who arrive here don't know where to go, there are no directions, they take everything for granted. That day it was raining and cold, with a fever I had to stand in line for two hours. Near the counter at the back of the pharmacy, you have to fill out a form, which must then be handed in at the time of the swab test in the civil protection tent, but wouldn't it be smarter to avoid it, given that everyone uses the pen attached to the stand? The necessary data already exists on the health card, just use that data and send it to the civil protection operators, who do the swabs. In the queue there are both booked and unbooked people, with people who want to move on because they say they have elderly relatives or children who need to be swabbed, in short, a painful organisation. waiting time this afternoon without reservation between queue and swab, about two hours. The price of the swab is 20 euros for everyone, too much considering that in many pharmacies the prices are regulated, from 8 to 15 euros.

The pharmacy carries out rapid swabs, however the organization is almost non-existent. I understand that the period is particular, and that the swabs requested are very numerous, but it is not acceptable that the price of the swab cannot be refunded if you change your mind and do not want to wait in line. My mother went at 2pm and did the swab at 8.30pm, 6 (six!) hours later. It's a real disservice and if they were serious people they wouldn't have allowed a similar situation.

Excellent structure, helpful and kind staff even in the limited period of January. It should be noted that if deemed appropriate, with the cost of the simple swab they will give you the MOLECULAR swab for FREE. I take swabs every two days for work and I have never had any problems with the green pass. It should be underlined that both the queue and the swab are performed outdoors, so it is very safe and there is no risk of contagion.
