I send my partner to purchase certain antiseptic throat and cough sweets with specific characteristics with photo attached. My partner shows the photo to the pharmacist asking if they were anti-inflammatory. When the latter replies no, my partner agrees to purchase. When I arrived I checked the product and it was not the one I requested. Even though he had seen the photo. I called the pharmacy to ask for explanations about the error, the pharmacist justified himself by saying that he had never seen the photo and that my partner had not specified anything. The point? I was on a call so I heard the whole conversation. Ashamed at the request to have the courier bring me the right medicine, the pharmacist insists that they didn't have this product available. I assume it's a flat-out lie to avoid doing your job. Shameful and scandalous if it will be possible to avoid this pharmacy it will be done. Image 1 requested, image two the product delivered.

You come in for one thing and they want to give you three, so the waiting times are always too long... be careful because often, busy doing something else, they forget to pass the tax code. Last but not least, never a smile and a bit of friendliness. I don't go anymore... I go elsewhere, there are now plenty of pharmacies everywhere, and if you buy online you spend less than half.

I take a particular and unusual drug, they always kindly let me find it. Thank you, good work.

Very large pharmacy, organized with the sorting of customers as soon as you enter by taking a card. Service not very fast. Well stocked with medications and over-the-counter products.
