The pharmacy consists of a large room where drugs and parapharmaceuticals are displayed on glass and wooden shelves. Promotional items are placed in some baskets. Self-analysis tests are carried out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not recommended for swab service. Totally disorganized! They don't respect the booking time. The order in which you paid is the one they use to swab you, only to discover that the people in the queue have two different numbers. All people who obviously have to go to work and who have the same urgency... so the order is given by the common sense of those in the queue. Furthermore, for a swab taken at around 9.45am I only received the text message at 12.30pm following repeated telephone reminders. I was told that I hadn't registered... too bad I had already done so at 9.30. So I lost the morning of work and I also paid 15 euros. Who do I have to thank??!! Please do not take swabs in this pharmacy

I took a swab to leave quarantine yesterday and the result arrived on time after 1 hour, unfortunately my girlfriend took the swab today at 11am and at 4.40pm we are still waiting for the result. Imagine that he is returning to the pharmacy in person to understand what happened! A potentially positive person who leaves home again to find out what happened to his swab. Phone off the hook, no one answers emails. Pure madness. A person stuck at home all day who doesn't know what to communicate at work. Another negative thing, I understand respect for the rules, I understand the crisis, I understand everything...you understand the customer too! To exit quarantine it is necessary to bring yet another self-certification, which is not communicated by the local health authority or the doctor. And apart from everything... What do I certify that I was in isolation for 12 DAYS?? A pdf where practically nothing is written, I repeat, the doctor told me that the ASL number was enough. In 2022 these sheets are still circulating, without the possibility of making an online form instead. I therefore had to pay 15 euros even though I had the ASL number to take advantage of the free swab.... But that's not all, I was invited to go to the copy shop to get the self-certification, BUT I can't go to the copy shop without having the green pass!!! The solution would be to make printed sheets available for self-certification... but they would also make them pay one euro each for the printing service, that would be fine! Nothing, it's more convenient to charge 15 euros like a normal swab. However, the staff seemed friendly to me, it is more the management of the pharmacy that deserves 0 stars. Yet another sign that things don't want to be made easy and the money collected is enough. Avoid...the latest 1 star comments are all true and there are many, many better pharmacies.

I went for the swab test yesterday morning around 10am (I confirm reservations and not queuing passionately all together); to make a long story short, it's been more than 24 hours, I'm still waiting for the results of my swab!!! You send emails without receiving a response and the phone is always busy. Zero rating???? It's even too much for them
