I took a swab at 3pm... Needless to say, it was placed in my nostril for just 1 second. Obviously I went to another pharmacy and the swab done well came back positive. I will go and ask for a refund as soon as possible Update: the lady in the shop replies with "eh it depends on the type of tampon" and denies me a refund. They are absolutely not acceptable justifications because if it were the type of swab for what I pay for it (€15) you should have more than valid swabs (if you want to believe what he told me) secondly we are not talking about "friend cousin" but about doctors who must know how to do swabs and not think about cashing in. A robbery without a gun.

Very well supplied, always friendly and helpful

I went for a swab yesterday. Total disorganization, first they do the swabs, THEN they register the patient. Two queues inside the pharmacy, at least 20 people inside, some without masks. I pointed it out, the person behind the counter treated me badly. Never again, absolutely avoid.

Giving one star is perhaps too much, after two days of being positive for covid at home I went to take the swab at their place and I tested negative and then I went home to take another one and I was still positive then I went again at the pharmacy and they told me that it was useless to do it again and that it would be better to do it again tomorrow but I had no intention of giving them another €15 so I went to another pharmacy and I immediately tested positive... that's why covid will never end in Italy I could have gone anywhere if I hadn't had pangs of conscience

Extremely rude. We felt sick after taking medicine from them. He came back to at least change it for me, he didn't want to listen to reason. I will never go back there again.
