Well-stocked pharmacy and, being located inside a shopping centre, very convenient indeed. Courteous and helpful staff.

Staff attentive and available in finding a solution in the face of an emergency. First of all the health of those who come to the pharmacy with serious difficulties. I met a pharmacist, in the true sense of the word, who took care and did not refer me to the doctor. Not a salesman who simply sells products, but a professional who helps.

Absolutely negative experience: ask for product availability information on the phone they tell me it's available, I go on purpose starting from several kilometers away as it's Sunday, I go they send my husband back saying it's not in the store even though it showed availability on the video. I'm calling by phone because since it's a refrigerator product, it could be that the sales assistant hadn't looked for it in the right place. The pharmacist who answers the phone laughs in my face several times saying that everyone should do their job but magically after this check (obviously in the right place) the drug is found. The least was to apologize for having taken a trip for nothing, instead no just giggles of superiority. Very unpolite behavior, which denotes a lack of respect for the customer.
