I give one star, because you can't do less. After having a high fever and taking a quick swab at home (obviously positive result), I go to the pharmacy to take an official swab. The doctor almost does not insert the swab into the nostrils. 10 seconds and I'm already outside waiting for the outcome. Result? YOU ARE NEGATIVE, YOU CAN GO. I stop the doctor and ask: sorry, but is it possible that the swab at home gives a positive result and here instead a negative one? Doctor's response: what matters is what's in the pharmacy, if it's negative that's what matters. Obviously I go to another pharmacy, take a proper swab and it turns out "strangely" POSITIVE. GIVEN THE SITUATION, GIVEN EVERYTHING WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH IN THESE YEARS, IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE A LITTLE SERIOUS IN DOING YOUR JOB, TO DON'T FALL AGAIN INTO THE VICIOUS CIRCLE WE HAVE BEEN IN FOR TWO YEARS! Doing a quick swab isn't that difficult, you have to want to do it the right way. I could have easily gone to work and infected friends and relatives thanks to that "negative" swab.

The girls are always kind and professional even when it's full of people, a truly excellent pharmacy with a large, convenient car park.

I'm sorry but seeing a pharmacist snorting at simple questions from a customer is not possible (whether on the phone or in person). I gave this pharmacy many chances but from now on I will avoid it like the plague
