A relative of mine went to this pharmacy to get some products I needed, which I myself had written on a piece of paper to avoid misunderstandings; despite this, the staff sold my relative a different product than the one I requested: I needed NON-sterile gauze, I was given STERILE GAUZE TABLETS. I contacted the pharmacy by phone to ask for explanations, the operator who answered me was grumpy, she wasn't trained enough to be aware of the difference between the product I requested and the one sold to me, so much so that I had to explain it to her himself, that I know the measurements and characteristics of the various types of gauze, what he should have given me. Yet another disappointment!

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year, all day and open on Sundays and I find everything. But I congratulate Doctor Walter but in particular Monica. And of infinite kindness, prepared, available, I get along very well with her. Silvana

This pharmacy thrilled me from many points of view. The location is clearly visible and easily accessible, parking is good and the signs are clear. The place is clean and well-stocked, the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. The number of operators is such as to guarantee a quick service, courtesy and discretion are another strong point of the Fondo Bosco pharmacy, which I highly recommend.
