One of the pharmacists was patient, kind and courteous, but the lady where I made the payments seemed too hasty with the girl who asked for information, lacking understanding and underestimating the problem which a few moments earlier had been semi-confirmed by my doctor doctor, as well as the brigati doctor.

Not at all professional and incompetent. You ask for advice on a product but they are never able to give a clear and precise answer.
