Routine
More than negative experience, I will never go back. First they sell you the wrong drugs, then they can't find the right one (I can on the internet too) and they allow themselves to criticize and call the doctors. I strongly advise against it.
I went there three times, the first time I bought €115 worth of medicines including a rinowash from the pic that didn't work. The next day I went back and the pharmacist on duty together with the owner thought I was stupid, showing me tutorials on how to use them (as if I hadn't already seen them). They changed it and by adding €11 more I got the most expensive Rinowash, the best according to them, the fact is that when I came home I used it and I realized that it was broken underneath and therefore it didn't work. I come back after a few days because I couldn't before and I decide to speak directly to the owner who takes me for an idiot again saying that it was impossible that they sold it to me broken. After someone spends €40... plus €115... and on top of that with a broken product... this is the treatment they reserve for you! NEVER AGAIN'!!! Obviously I had to buy it again at another pharmacy
Endless queue and only one counter open, crafty people skip the queue with fake reservations in agreement with the doctors, who never miss an opportunity to chat with customers and waste time in front of a considerable queue. For a drug I waited 30 minutes.
