Today I return to write my opinion on this pharmacy which, the more time passes, the more it amazes me with its efficiency.... The competence and friendliness of the entire staff..... they do their utmost to help customers who inevitably have difficulties .... Today the person in charge of the Cup did an enormous job to help me solve a problem and he succeeded very well ..... and believe me it is not something to be taken for granted ..... I believe that for their 5 stars are not enough ...... A heartfelt thank you Stefano My experience with the modern pharmacy in Montefalco is excellent, I am from Rome but I have been using them for 15 years now .... coming from a reality like Rome where the coldness of the merchant to the customer is strong, here I found competence... friendliness and in many cases valid help... I compliment the staff... I gave 5 stars because I didn't have more... I always say " my pharmacy is different " greetings Stefano ..... today I discovered with immense pleasure that the pharmacy now has extended hours from 8am to 8pm .... another sign of the great respect they have towards their customers ... . thanks from Stefano

I go to the pharmacy in Montefalco...I take a medicine...I pay...coming home my husband realizes that the price charged is 13 euros...I paid 14.50...now I would like to understand...I'll go in , I point out that there is an inconsistency and the pharmacist tells me that it is an old price... in the meantime the prices have been updated and now the cost is one euro and fifty more, I point out to him that I should pay the price set in how much the law protects me in this case...he didn't want to listen to reasons and to exculpate himself he replies (quite resentfully) "I can't spend the night changing the prices"!!!! I had a discount to separate otherwise I would have given him back the drug in exchange for money...some time ago I abandoned this pharmacy...I went to the one in Madonna della Stella...I think I'll go back there...you?????
