Surreal experience, I'm sick, I have a sore throat and high fever. I'm going to get a strep swab there on the advice of the doctor and I wanted to buy a throat spray. I needed a pharmacist sales assistant who was unable to understand my words, recommending a different spray to the one I wanted because it was stronger. Too bad it was for the oral mucosa and not the throat! I am left with a sore throat, you have lost a future customer

The new provision is, to say the least, senseless and distracting. I'm all for other recessions. Staff always annoyed, they speak in inappropriate tones. AND DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO TELL PEOPLE TO TURN OFF THEIR CAR...! It's called Drive because it's done with the car, it's not our fault if you're slow.

Unfortunately (I say unfortunately because I have health problems) I am an almost gold customer of the Bartoli group! I have to use a lot of supplements and ferment supplements etc etc and I usually turn to Parafarmacia Moderna (who are truly exceptional, there isn't a pharmacist who isn't kind and knowledgeable) I can't say the same about the central Bartoli pharmacy. Since I can't go personally I call or send emails.. They don't answer.. they're rude on the phone.. I understand everything, I understand the amount of work but since we don't come to have beauty treatments or to have fun.. but because we're sick.. at least a little delicacy wouldn't hurt I ordered a product on Monday I don't know if they read the email.. impossible to talk to us on the phone and even less do I know if the product is ready. Very well-stocked pharmacy yes... but internally also poorly arranged and more staff would be needed to ask for information
