A more than negative experience on the part of the collaborators, a unique rudeness, Dr. Bascianelli was very sweet. Anyone who goes to a pharmacy is a patient like any other but unfortunately this is not always the case with the collaborators

I'm sorry to have to say that the aforementioned pharmacy not only has different prices (more expensive) than other pharmacies on certain products, but you book by giving all the necessary information to take the swab, you queue as is right to then hear say that they don't do it because they say if I don't have symptoms they don't do it, while 2 days ago they didn't do it to an acquaintance of mine because she had a bit of a cough, I'm not talking about Dr. Bascianelli who is unique and very sweet in her friendliness but about her assistant I don't know her name and I don't want to know, she's blonde and grumpy. As I go out I notice that a patient with a cough has had a swab performed and was waiting for the results.

Excellent advice, their personalized line of cosmetics is truly excellent! Good value for money!
