We don't dare call to get simple information!! Asking if they have rental availability for a medical machine is a cause for disturbance. A yes or no is enough > the question was simple - yes no. Going to the counter and queuing for 1 hour only to be told that maybe it isn't there wastes time for both parties and, look...needless to say, people work just like them. These customers who instead of going to 10 pharmacies allow themselves to call are unspeakable. Conclusion I would say that the machine that I would have paid for (it's not like you do people any favors) I will get it somewhere else. I would avoid unnecessary responses to the review. The process is simple - customer question - pharmacy response - yes no. If there are few of you, whether there are people or not, that's not what I asked and it's not of interest.
