I went with a very simple veterinary prescription for a flea killer for CATS. They can't find the system, they insist on calling the vet.. they ask for a replacement with another product... I come back and I see that on the box of the new medicine there is a DOG... and I apologize but it doesn't add up.. ah, it's a miracle. the original drug is now in the system.. so it comes back a third time.. and they weren't even able to refund me the difference.. only with a purchase voucher because it was inconvenient for their cash register.. so there is better with all the pharmacies around!
I asked to have a swab done, but even before I finished speaking, the doctor started waving her hand at me, rudely telling me that they don't do swabs for people with symptoms. Kindness and education are not at home.
