Working in contact with the public is not for everyone! It's definitely not for the doctors at this pharmacy. One more rude than the other, they throw the products at you and look at you badly as if they were doing the customer a favor by being there. There is a climate of crazy discomfort because all the customers perceive their rudeness. If I have to be treated this way I'd rather go elsewhere at least they'll give you a good morning and a goodbye.

I've been to this pharmacy a couple of times... and both times I feel like I'm annoying the doctors... They could be kinder and more courteous to customers!!!

I join the already many other negative reviews on the attitude: they are almost always listless and detached, even almost annoyed, more than once they do not respect the delivery days when without drugs, especially the mixtures to be made in the laboratory (over 10 days when usually it takes 3/4). Going back and forth for nothing doesn't please anyone I assume. The first passes, the second also but the third means that it is a habit. Better organization and a few smiles together with kinder tones and manners would be a good welcome cocktail and would not make customers run away to other structures as they are spoiled for choice.

Last night: My mother at home with a bowel blockage before her colonoscopy. I call the pharmacy on duty and ask if they have an enema to be filled with warm water for an emergency, as per the doctor's advice to be done immediately. A doctor who answers tells me yes they have them. I go, leaving my 83-year-old mother half unconscious at home. I arrive and, after having kept me outside the shutter for 10 minutes with my queue behind me, he tells me in a rather irritating manner that they don't have enemas.... dismayed I leave. I want to draw a veil of compassion and leave the relevant considerations to the reader. I point out that I wasted 30 minutes that I could have used to bring relief to a poor girl in the midst of panic. If I were to really judge this behavior as it deserves, I don't think I would be very kind.

In response: my review expresses the same concept as the other negative ones, namely the poor attitude towards the customer and the little if any empathy with them. A smile wouldn't hurt.
