I purchased a quick swab from them to make sure I don't have covid and don't give it to anyone. Upon purchase they gave me the swab in a plastic bag, with instructions inside only in German and what's more I paid a whopping 18 euros for it. Today I found a quick swab in a cardboard box (as it should be) and instructions in Italian for 10 euros. I feel cheated, also because in addition to having paid a decidedly higher price, the quality was also very low. For example, if you leave me the instructions only in German and give me the swab in a plastic bag it means that you have absolutely no interest in selling me a product with a minimum of quality. Very bad, from this point of view.

Sunday morning I took my son to take the swab test needed to return to school after dad. At 8 there were already about ten of us waiting, all for the same reason. At the opening they place the number dispenser outside, we equip ourselves with it so we can "break ranks" without losing priority. Immediately afterwards we notice the presence of a sign that states "NUMBERS ONLY FOR SALE OF DRUGS, NO TAMPONS NO MASKS", we decide together to adopt the "one goes one comes in" method. The numbers flow but since we are all interested in the swab we remain outside patiently waiting for our turn. After several minutes I become the first in line, from inside the shop an employee loudly calls number 21, I was number 12 but I signal that I am there for the swab, she tells me to enter. At this point the sermon begins and, acting like an angry teacher who scolds the disobedient child, the young assistant scolds me by saying "I'll put the numbers in for you, if you don't read them then what will I put them in for?" and then out loud. to invite the colleague to argue "Look, I got to number 21 and he's number 12, if I didn't call them they wouldn't come in!". Stunned and surprised by clearly inappropriate behavior, I remain silent to avoid arguing. There is a different climate in the garage where they carry out the swabs. Although the location is questionable to say the least, an extremely kind and delicate girl knows how to put the children who undergo the swab test at ease. Three stars, but only thanks to the latter which alone deserves 5

The best pharmacy in Cuneo for competence, availability and kindness. Highly recommended!!!

I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Not professional practice, their swab tests are carried out in a garage, third world style. Avoid at all costs.
