Good morning It's absurd that a pharmacy doesn't have staff to do covid swabs........yesterday I went with my daughter for a covid swab as I need the certificate issued by the pharmacy and they told me to come on Sunday morning around 9.30am..I show up today and they tell me to come after 12 or even at 5pm...pure lack of professionalism...

Rude staff the girl is starving she never gives exact change like another spoiled guy who has exactly the same problem.. regarding this poor old people. In other pharmacies in Palese there is much more friendliness, education and reliability.
