We come here often and never once have they been rude. They also offer a very smart service via Whattsapp and if they don't have something they'll find it for you within a few days. There have been occasions in which we relied on their advice and they directed us several times to cheaper products than others, a sign that they are first of all pharmacists and not salesmen.
