Pharmacy located a few steps from the center of Cinisello Balsamo. From the entrance, excellent organization shines through, also seen during the Covid-19 waves, as well as a wide range of products. There is also a really good internal cosmetics line: the hand cream is amazing! The staff is also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only flaw is, at peak times, the wait. Unfortunately, as a conscious customer, I understand that there are no further solutions in addition to those already adopted.

It is unacceptable that after taking the swab he touches the papers, pens and welcomes the next patient. Also because it was perfectly clear that they were gloves "disinfected" with alcohol between one patient and another because the actress had now lost color. We are not like March 2020 when there were no gloves. I sat down and found a swab placed there on the desk. Put there to show younger patients that it does nothing? Or forgetfulness? I do not know. I'm sorry to have to make this note but I think it's necessary
