Today I had a bad experience. My partner was in the emergency room putting on a cast, in the meantime I went to rent two crutches which we would need until Tuesday because after Easter they would lend them to us. The crutches cost 1.50 euros per day to be paid upon return, but I had to leave 20 euros as a deposit. No notice of minimum rental days. The pharmacist tells me that cash was needed, but that since we don't have it, the card for the deposit would have been fine anyway "we'll deduct it later". On the way home my partner calls me and tells me that a friend has already lent him the crutches and that there is no longer any need to rent them. So I go back to return them and get the deposit, but at the cash desk I am told, and I only discover it at that moment, that since I paid with the card, they can only give me the deposit back by giving a voucher to spend at the pharmacy. Since I was not notified BEFORE paying with the card of this clause, I ask to get the 20 euro deposit back in cash. They tell me it can't be done. I understand that once I have paid with the card, I cannot be given back twenty euros in cash, but if the customer is not notified beforehand that by paying by card, the deposit can only be returned through a voucher, it is illegal. By law. From there, instead of looking for a solution together, I start to get ridiculed because "what do I know that brings them back after 5 minutes" and for goodness sake, I wish I had known! So I offer to pay 1.50e of the day's rental, but in any case my 20e deposit (not purchase) must be returned to me. Furthermore, the rental would have lasted until Tuesday, so I ask, doing the math, 1.50e per day until Tuesday in any case I would not have reached 20 euros to deduct from the deposit. "How would you have given them back to me?" And they replied that when I went on Tuesday they would tell me that they would give me the rest as a voucher. Again, it is illegal not to notify the consumer of the terms before he pays. If they had told me "you can pay the deposit by card, but know that we can't give it back to you unless in the form of a voucher, so you choose whether to go and collect the cash" it would have been correct. In the end I had to propose the solution myself, which was to wait for a customer to pay 20e without cashing, using my already paid ones. The pharmacist laughed in my face and in the end a gentleman, out of desperation, proposed to see if his purchase could cover my 20e. From there the pharmacist took 20e from his personal pocket and wanted to give it to me, but I refused it: I wasn't angry with him personally, nor did I want him to lose 20e from his own pocket, I simply wanted a solution that would fill a lack in them without anyone would lose something. In the end the gentleman only reached 15e and the pharmacist had to put in 5e from his own pocket, which I appreciated very much, but still found unfair. But the thing that bothered me most of all was that I was made out to be a pain in the ass, with the gentleman who helped me receive the money commenting "come on, it's Easter" and feeling exaggerated for something that simply it was my right. Until the end, the mistake on the part of the pharmacy was not admitted in not communicating before making me pay the clause Deposit paid by card = You can only get it back with the voucher, but on the contrary, her colleague reiterated that it was me who didn't understand that if I paid with the card they couldn't give me the money back except in the form of vouchers (very clear! but again: know it first!). I'm writing this because if you ever rent and don't have cash, have it clearly explained to you that if you pay by card, the deposit will only come back in the form of a voucher. The issue was eventually resolved, even to the detriment of the pharmacist's personal 5e. It was enough to admit the mistake and propose to wait for a customer who spent 20 euros, instead of making me even feel ashamed of suggesting it myself. It was bad to be thought of as a pain in the ass, a beggar.
People always make the difference and in this pharmacy the employees advise and assist you in an excellent manner like in few other places. Giovanni number 1, without taking anything away from the others, all very kind and helpful.
Excellent pharmacy, very helpful in recommending the right medicines in case of uncertainty and useful and practical advice on the use of supplements, are unfortunately at home. Polite, friendly staff and constantly followed by the brigade captain, Dr. Nadia (don't be afraid to give him first name)
Evaluation linked not so much to the pharmacy, but to the lack of professionalism and discretion of an employee. The vaccine is a hot topic on which no one has certain answers and absolute truths, even less on the use of a discriminatory and useless tool like the green pass. Those who have chosen not to get vaccinated have their own reasons, insisting on wanting to book the vaccine as if the person in front of them was a completely incompetent person who doesn't know what they are doing (even more so in front of other people) denotes lack of professionalism and respect for others . And among other things, pharmacy owners will be very happy with this abundant and continuous income that the swab business has generated. There are many pharmacies, you missed a customer.
Very helpful and trained staff, willing to listen to the customer. Try the draining product they make... nothing like the ones found on the market. Fabulous and effective.
