I live in Mozzate and I have been using this pharmacy for years but lately I have to say that I have found it more than bad. They hang up the phone on you while you're talking, when you go to them to take a swab they treat you with their feet, I took the liberty of pointing out that several times they hung up the phone in my face as soon as I asked to take a swab and I I heard her reply "sorry, do I have to ask your permission to send it to fan....?" and to think that I have spent thousands and thousands of euros in this pharmacy in more than twenty years!!! So I decided to never go back there again, not to spend even a penny with them. Go to the PIZZI pharmacy in Lomazzo to get swabs done, they are very kind, professional and super organised. They swab you even if you suspect you are positive, while these rude people from Mozzate send you all the way to Gallarate! Absurd!

Once I went in and I will never go back I found a rude pharmacist who responded in a grumpy way to a kind request!!!

A few days ago I carried out a rapid antigen swab with them. Carried out poorly (by who I believe was the owner) and in a hasty manner (the result arrived via SMS not even ten minutes later), it turned out to be negative. When I returned home I repeated the test with a do-it-yourself kit which gave me a positive result. The molecular swab the next day finally confirmed my positivity to SARS-CoV-2. Unprofessional and, given the situation, even dangerous.

I spent 23 Euros for 10 very simple disposable masks. Sold per piece, without any protective packaging. I only bought them because I had no choice, which is exactly what so many are trying to take advantage of in these tough times. Sometimes the desire to make money at any cost is worse than the virus itself.

Good assortment of products, in addition to medicines, at average prices. A lot of professionalism, availability and courtesy, always ready to dispense advice and suggestions and also help with home deliveries of medicines to those most in need. In this regard, special thanks to Dr. Paolo, owner of the pharmacy. In summary, definitely recommended.
