professionalism, expertise and discretion/confidentiality
Doctors or pseudo-doctors who offer useless and expensive products not for the good of the customer but for the profit of the practice!!. Rude and touchy, they think they know everything!. Very very negative experience, never again in this Pharmacy!!. Luckily there are many others more serious and accurate!!. In Italy healthcare is on par with the third world!!.
Excellent point to carry out various checks, in my case an ECG for my daughter. I found courtesy and professionalism in the doctor who followed us. Compliments!
If you call them on a Saturday afternoon at 5.15pm to find out if there is a drug, they may say yes but they won't let you talk and they hang up on you. Maybe they can't wait to close at 5.30pm.😡
