Excellent pharmacy until they changed the staff met today 2 more than rude people presented with 2 repeatable prescriptions and they only made a fuss telling me that they were not repeatable I contacted my doctor and he gave me confirmation on the repeatability of the recipes.. I won't set foot there again... Not recommended

A few years ago everything was ok, now it's a problem because you know when you come in but you don't know when you leave, (without taking anything away from the staff because they are always kind) every day there are different doctors and probably novices because many things (computers) are not They have practice using them so it takes them forever to serve a customer. I think that whoever manages the staff should make a precise choice because previously, when the old property was there, everything worked wonderfully.

Excellent pharmacy. Great assortment of products and extremely courteous, friendly and helpful staff. It also offers a loyalty program to obtain discounts. Nice, clean and tidy shop. Extremely recommended!

Online appointment and payment works perfectly. Very kind doctors. Swab punctually but waiting in the car park for the result is too long and in the cold even for the elderly and children. When you work for a fee and by appointment you must avoid these inconveniences since you are the first to ask for a review... this is halfway between excellent online organization and poor in practice. Numerous complaints about poorly performed swabs and poor care. Maybe it's better to do less but better. The queue for medicines and swabs creates crowds. My review is from a historic customer of the pharmacy, made as always with the right assessment.

booking online is priceless and definitely worth the advance payment. the swab room is very large and can be organized quite well with humane waiting times (which means within an hour). It would be a good idea to accept fewer people so as to be able to better respect the booking time and avoid crowds of people waiting. information at the entrance would help manage the wait to avoid showing up in the waiting room well in advance, further crowding the place.
