I went to the night shift, I had to get some self-heating bands for back pain, a product that I would have very well purchased during the day if it hadn't been for an emergency. After ringing the bell, I ask him if he has the product and he immediately replies no, then I tell him it's an emergency and he arrogantly replies I'm coming. When he opens the door he welcomes me, he knows how the night shift works, I see he doesn't know the job of the night pharmacist. I say he's right that I didn't show up with the prescription, but mine was an emergency. I understand perhaps that the prescription is more than mandatory, but if it is an emergency I don't see the reason to be treated like this, with the fact that I also paid the supplement. Having said that, I am very sorry about what happened and I hope that precautions are taken.

Bought Trico lab restructuring shampoo this morning, I have dyed, frizzy, wavy hair and also have hypothyroidism problems, so disgusting hair 😫. This Shampoo, at the first wash and without using conditioner, has already given me an excellent result 🙃. I'm sure that as you continue to use them, they will be back in great shape. Today 11th May the Cuneo hospital makes me go to the pharmacy on duty in Via Roma, I call the landline, a very rude boy answers me in an arrogant and rude manner before finishing he throws the phone down. Upon my arrival I point it out to him his rudeness upon hearing me say that he is not obliged to answer the phone. I live in Pradleves, 25k from Cuneo, the only pharmacy on duty was this one. I ask the doctors at the ASL Cuneo who check whether it is possible for a public health worker to behave disrespectfully. after 7 hours of waiting!!!
