This afternoon I went to this pharmacy and thanks to the competence, professionalism and kindness of the representative Mrs. Lucia I purchased GOOVI products. It's true that knowing how to do your job well is rewarding. Furthermore, I was also followed by the excellent Doctor Alessandra so I can say I was more than satisfied. Highly recommended pharmacy.
I started off on the wrong foot but now I wouldn't change it for any other pharmacy!!! The Doctors are all extremely friendly and nice and this never hurts. Thank you
I went to this pharmacy today, Sunday 11 June, for an emergency: I needed 2 packs of INJECTABLE BUSCOPAN for my colicky horse. In these cases we need to intervene promptly and the vet was more than an hour away. They denied me the purchase of the drug because I didn't have a prescription. After explaining the emergency they told me to go to the doctor or the emergency room. WITHOUT WORDS!!! After going personally to the pharmacy (I had previously sent a friend because I had to look after the horse) I managed to obtain a pack of Buscopan, calling the vet who was still on the street. I risked intervening too late and losing my horse forever due to the bureaucracy and the lack of humanity and mental elasticity of the two doctors present in the pharmacy. IT SHOULD BE EMPHASIZED THAT IN THE PAST, ALWAYS ALWAYS ON SUNDAYS AND IN OTHER pharmacies on duty, I NEVER HAD DIFFICULTY IN FINDING THIS "LIFE-SAVING" DRUG (IN THESE CASES). AFTER ALL, IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVES. FROM THE ANSWER THAT WAS PROVIDED TO ME BY THE PHARMACY, THIS WORD IS OBVIOUSLY NOT UNDERSTOOD
My experience was VERY positive, availability and professionalism is what I expect from a pharmacy team. They helped me solve a small problem. My most sincere compliments. Greetings to the very kind doctors, see you soon.
The person in charge of checking the recipes is guilty of presumption and arrogance bordering on madness. Let's lower the crest, that in front of you, in addition to being "customers", there are patients.
