Rudeness and apparently also incompetence! A specific product is requested and they divert towards something else... whatever is most convenient... for them though! Absent customer listening as well as rudeness... unfortunately not everyone is made to work with the public!

Very rude people even when you ask for information always annoyed high prices and in this period be wary of swabs they are not reliable a family member of mine took a swab at home and it was negative he did it in this pharmacy and it was still positive out of scruple he repeated it from a on the other hand and he is negative and now he is forced to stay at home for another few days. What will be the truth? Unfortunately we are in their hands and behind these swabs there is a big round of money to the detriment of poor people who don't even work.

Unique service! Staff always very helpful, friendly.....not least ethical. I thank Dr. Borgese for the precious advice he gives to my family, but especially to my mother who is elderly. Thank you for your patience and for the great effort you are putting into us during this emergency period. Congratulations and thanks for everything!!!

Attentive and professional staff with a wide choice of products, not just pharmaceuticals. Positive note especially for Dr. Piero, friendly and always smiling. He immediately "conquered" me with his friendliness and I believe it is the element that makes the difference in a context that is too often formal.
