Really bad experience. It was recommended to me by my vet because it was the only one in the area that provided a preparation containing the medicine for my cat who suffers from a chronic disease. Unfortunately, despite the vet's recipe with specific dosages, apart from the first time, they managed to get it wrong 4 times, each time making all sorts of excuses. I had to resort to yet another cortisone shot to make my cat feel better. I wonder, if the life-saving preparation had been for a human being, would they have made a mistake in that case too? I leave every consideration to you....
I purchased a nasal spray with a list price of €8.80 and paid €10.90 for it. I wonder why?
I wanted to leave a more than positive review for this pharmacy. I went to them for a somewhat particular prescription for a drug for a somewhat delicate health problem of mine. They were understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition to being fully equipped with everything relating to the health and well-being sector. Their continuous working hours cater to those like me who have particular hours due to work needs. More than recommended.
Despite my delay, they received and gave me the requested medicine. It is not obvious, thank you very much! The doctor was very kind.
Very well organized and super stocked pharmacy. But the real plus is Dr. Bianchi who advises you with competence and experience.
