Very well equipped, friendly staff

Terrible experience! We are talking about perhaps the worst pharmacy in all of Sardinia! Rudeness reigns supreme and indisposition even more so! Today I came across the oldest of the pseudo-pharmacists, a sad and frustrated person. She had the courage not to give me a medicine linked to a blank prescription! Medicine which on other occasions was delivered to me by them without any problem even without a prescription. Today it was 6 days expired. Clearly friends and relatives are also given antibiotics without a prescription with: - bring it to me as soon as you can! In a period like this where we have to move as little as possible, the unspeakable behavior of the pseudo-pharmacist meant that I spent half a morning in a clinic with visibly sick elderly people. I wish you the worst. And I hope that another pharmacy opens to compete with you, you would close after a few months. Clearly I will never go to you again and I will always speak badly of you, on every occasion and with all the people I can.

But for goodness' sake! Rudeness and zero empathy, the ladies even allow themselves to make jokes. Be grateful that you are the only pharmacy in the town and those who don't have a car are forced to use you, never set foot here again.

Happened by chance I got excellent advice, very professional and kind, especially the doctor. Younger!

Too bad I can't give 0. Rudeness and lack of professionalism. They never offer you a generic drug, and if I ask them they look at you like you're crazy. The gentlemen perhaps do not know that by law (article 11, paragraph 12, of legislative decree no. 1/2012) they should be the ones to offer the least expensive drug. Shameful. Their only fortune is that they are the only pharmacy in the country.
